I’m Katie.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to providing mental health care that women deserve to receive during their journey to and through motherhood. In addition to extensive work and training experience in the field of reproductive and maternal mental health, I am an infertility warrior, a postpartum depression and anxiety survivor, and Mother to two beautiful rainbow babies. In a nutshell, I get it. I get that asking for help is HARD. I get that you may not want to admit that you need help. BUT, what I also get, is that talking about your feelings, thoughts, expectations, fears, etc. will help you FEEL BETTER. I get this, because I have been there. Therapy helped me find peace, be free from fear, and live the joyful life filled with gratitude that I deserved. You deserve that too.

Professional Experience

Katie graduated from California State University, Fullerton with her B.A. in Psychology. She obtained her Masters in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California.

She has earned her Perinatal Mental Health Certificate (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.

She is member of Postpartum Support International, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and RESOLVE.
